39-41 Carson Street, Kew

With the engagement of Nicholas Day Architects, both 39 & 41 Carson St were designed and delivered as two almost identical buildings offering 7 apartments in each complex, with each residence offering grand proportions, spacious outdoor entertaining areas and elevator access to basement parking for three cars. Nettington Constructions were the first development company to recognise a gap in the market in Kew over a decade ago, identifying a market for large, luxury apartment-style residences for downsizers who didn’t want a complete change in lifestyle when moving from their large, standalone homes. 

The sale of the residences at 39 Carson Street took time, as people needed time to accept and understand what was being offered. As the building took shape and came into completion, people started to understand what was being offered and the homes sold.

We then commenced selling 41 Carson Street, and this project was sold out completely off the plan in a short time, as people had already seen 39 Carson Street, and knew the quality, size and finishes they could expect.
